I've been going for years. I love the staff and Dr's. I've seen Dr. Ginder and currently im with Dr. Morales. I believe it's a teaching facility and that's why there's a turn over every few years. They do have main Dr's though that oversee everything.
I had such a great experience with Taquasha I absolutely had to write a review. While I was on the phone with her, I felt really heard about my concerns, and also very confident that she was going to do everything she could to come to a resolution. And she followed through exactly as she said she would, in addition to giving me a follow up call. Taquasha has the true spirit of a healthcare worker and I think Bayhealth is so lucky to have her. I have been a client at this office since it opened and I have to say, Taquasha‘s patient care and customer service skills are exactly what I’m looking for when I have a health related concern.
