Me and my wife stopped in at the show room of window world of Delmarva and were very impressed with the customer service and the professional staff. We just had our design consultant John Michalik look at all of the windows and door that needs replacing. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the the products that window world of Delmarva offers. John took the time to explain all the options and showed us how the windows and doors are build and how they will be installed and answered all of our questions. Replaced picture window. Continuous communication throughout the process. From initial measurements, to design of window and ultimately to installation. Installation was neat and professional. Happy with our purchase!!

My 3-season room was completed a couple of weeks ago and I love it! My sales person, Joseph Bay, was thorough with the information I needed to know. I am so pleased with the entire project. The metal door plate and one screen need to be replaced but I've already spoken to customer service who were receptive and expect them to follow through with the replacements. My overall experience has been wonderful and I would refer Window World and use them again.
