Ok, I like to use 'local people' but this was nuts! Called Terra Firma as I thought their work looked good and I had heard good things. They came to my home, inspected and submitted a proposal for the job - putting in a new driveway. The price was steep but I felt that you really must pay for quality. I will admit, they put in a handsome driveway and really worked on it. We felt our $13000 was well spent.3 months later, however, cracks began to appear in the surface. When called, Ms. Vicky Pusey came out and said that this was settling and it wold have to be repaired when it stopped cracking. After several calls over the next year, nothing was done and the cracks have continued. My calls are now unanswered....guess I am just one of those crazy customers.Think twice about these people. They talk a good game but have no willingness to stand behind their product. I am using someone else to patch...PATCH a $13000, 4 year old driveway. Nice.
