Karen & Rob, as well as their employees, are the most efficient, knowledgeable, and caring owners of a pet resort I know! It’s their passion to take the best care of your fur-babies as if they were their own!

We absolutely love OtterTail Pet Resort! We are so happy tonhave found them! Our little fur babies love their time there and we feel so comfortable knowing that they are well cared for. Thank you for loving on our babies!

Traveling without our pup would have been impossible if not for the immaculate care and attention that we knew he would receive. Karen and Rob love each and every guest as if they were their own. OtterTail guests are family.
