We’re using K&B for our new-build home, and they are hands-down the only contractor I’ve had zero issues with throughout this entire process. Every other contractor that’s come through has caused at least one headache — but not K&B. They’re communicative, punctual, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. I recommend them to all my family and friends. If you want an stress-free experience with no BS, look no further!

Wow. What great service. Not our first with this company. We have 2 zones. Our 1st floor air conditioner went down on us. We called at 8:00 in the morning. They were there at 10:30. We had a bad capacitor. Back running by 11:30. Great job K&B
