Wow. What great service. Not our first with this company. We have 2 zones. Our 1st floor air conditioner went down on us. We called at 8:00 in the morning. They were there at 10:30. We had a bad capacitor. Back running by 11:30. Great job K&B

Switched to K&B a few years ago and have never regretted it!! Prompt service when they say they're coming. Our heat went out the day before we were leaving for vacation for a week and it was about to get VERY cold. They worked hard to get someone here quickly,diagnose the problem,get the necessary part and restore our heat asap!!! Us and our pets were very happy!
