Let me tell you about Northstar. They came on a Saturday night when nobody else would I had no heat no hot water and Harry Buck Jarvis is a good friend of mine and he sent two guys out. He told me what he could do and he did it he said he would do it and save me $4000 for that reason alone I would highly recommend. Also Austin and Brandon were very professional and knowledgeable.
I’ve been a customer at Northstar for over a decade. They are always professional, on time and work hard to solve any issues. They just finished a new install and their dedication is outstanding! I highly recommend them for any HVAC work you may need. A well deserved 4 star rating! Thank you to Shelly and the entire crew who stayed on New Year’s Eve to get my new system up and running!!
Kole Parker was polite and professional. He kept the house clean while all the work was being done and we are so thrilled to have HVAC in our 1830’s farmhouse, finally! Also a huge shoutout to the guys that put the outdoor unit together. Unfortunately I can’t remember their names but they were great, down to earth guys. Excellent job!
