We used Blades HVAC Services, Inc. for the first time this past Monday. The technician who came was efficient and quick with system maintenance and diagnostic services. We plan on continuing to use them for our 2 system house and recommend them highly based on our experience with the company.

Blades provided the best preventative maintenance service I’ve ever experienced. The technician was very thorough. He explained what he was doing. And, he brought a treat for my pet. Making an appointment was easy and the office staff explained the option of single service vs. annual contract well. I’m delighted with the service I received.

I’d previously reported that I wasn’t satisfied with Blade's Service because the technician unsuccessfully tried to bypass a switch while awaiting a replacement part. He tried, but it didn’t work out. The same service tech returned after the part came in and replaced the inoperative A/C part. *** Result: THE A/C WORKS TERRIFICALLY! *** Blades’s HVAC really does try to satisfy its customers! Bravo!
