“I am so thankful for the wonderful staff and Dr Holmsten. It was a very upsetting time for me to watch my cat of 12 years keep throwing up and lost alot of weight in over the last 3 months. I was told by my previous vet when I called them they couldn't see my cat. So I made 1 call to Animal clinic of Westtown and a very welcoming voice answered and told me to bring my cat in within the hour. I brought my cat in to find she probably has cancer. At which I was talked to about euthanasia. Which I had chose so I didn't have to see her suffer. I will be moving all of my animals from my previous vet to Animal Clinic
of Westtown Village. Definitely the Best staff all the way from the time I walked in the door til the time I left. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND“

“I cannot recommend Silly Dogs Grooming enough. They are hands-down the BEST grooming experience we’ve had for our dogs — and we have 2–3 dogs at a time, including a senior dog who gets very anxious and afraid of loud noises. They are always so patient, gentle, and genuinely caring with her, which means everything to us.

The woman who works there is incredibly kind and compassionate. She even expressed her condolences for both our dog Buddy and my brother, which was such a thoughtful gesture during a difficult time. That level of empathy is so rare these days.

We also had a little miscommunication where my mom and I thought we could bring our dog anytime that day, but the appointment was actually scheduled sharply for noon. Even with the confusion, they handled everything with so much grace and understanding instead of making us feel bad or stressed.

On top of that, they helped put on non-slip toe grips for my dog — something I couldn’t even manage to do myself — and they didn’t charge us extra for it. They truly go above and beyond.

The care, patience, and kindness at Silly Dogs are unmatched. SO much better than places like Petco where your pets just feel like another number. You can tell the people here genuinely love animals and care about the families attached to them too.“

“We have been coming to Windcrest for years using their services for wellness, emergency and boarding. They are fabulous and show care and compassion for our pets. When we boarded our dogs while on an overseas trip and one became critically ill they provided several updates a day on her condition. Melissa went so far as buying chicken and preparing for our girl to see if she would eat. they may be a little pricey for emergency care but you get what you pay for. We will keep coming back!“
