First time using this appliance store today and the experience was great! I knew what I wanted, called for the price, they had it at my house first thing the next morning. Their price on the product with removal & haul away was better than competitors, and everyone I dealt with was super nice. The delivery guys also made 100% sure my product was working without issue prior to leaving.
We purchased a dish washer from Johns and couldn't be happier. At first, we unfortunately tried Home Depot who showed up with a dishwasher but refused to intall it due to having to hard wire the electrical power and run the outlet hose for 18 inches behind a cabinet. Home Depot said we needed to call a plumber and an electrician to do the rather easy install - had them take it back. I then remembered a friend recommended Johns and immediately called them. Tracy worked with me to pick a great dish washer, then Jay came and did the install perfectly himself, for a great price! I purchased my washer elsewhere but was made a repair appointment with John’s Home Appliance since it was still under warranty. I got a text stating my appointment had been cancelled. I called the store and spoke with Tracey the office manager. She explained that Maytag made the appointment and they were scheduling out a bit. After speaking with her she not only put me back on the original day and was in touch to make sure the time would work. Can’t say enough good things about this experience. The tech Phil was excellent as well very courteous and professional. So a big shout out to John’s Home appliances where I will definitely purchase our next appliance. Wonderful... read full review
