This was a partial basement rebuild after water and mold mitigation. Drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing work and new flooring required. Work could have gone a little faster but overall I'm very satisfied with the work done. I recommend them
Idrees provided an estimate that was reasonable in a knowledgeable and professional manner. The cleaning, sanitizing and sealing of the ceramic tile in my kitchen, family and bathroom area was completed with exceptional expertise.
Highly praise COIT who is now my first call for service in my home.
Recommend COIT highly and scheduling them for my hardwood floors.
Had a flood in my basement due to a frozen pipe that destroyed flooring and some walls. The Coit technician came and got things dried and done with answering all my questions. Very professional.
