My daughters (9 and 12) and two of their friends recently took Katie's "Body Class". Inviting the moms of the group to share about our varied personal experiences with our own periods broke the ice and made it comfortable for our daughters to connect and bond over their own shared experience of puberty. Fun activities sprinkled throughout helped to keep them engaged and ice cream at the end sweetened the whole experience. All our girls reported a fun, informative time! I even learned a few new things about my own body-- thanks, Katie!

I’ve taking the Confident Pregnancy, Lactation and Infant Care course, and I’m scheduled with my husband for another course next month and I cannot recommend these courses enough! As a new mom these are really helping me feel secure regarding the entire birthing, postpartum, and general care process. You also get to be in a safe space with great providers that are there to give you time and access to their wealth of knowledge. I would highly recommend taking a class with Katie and her colleagues.

This was a awesome experience for my daughter. She is 12 and is nervous about her body changing. Katie’s presentation was not only interactive but informative. We are excited to begin her upcoming classes. Thank you Katie! I would recommend this class to all girls of this age!
