We have been using JEM for years. They are reliable, friendly and professional. If we have a problem, they are here asap plus they follow up on the problem within a week or so. There may be cheaper companies, but we are happy with their service and don't need to worry with JEM. Michelle, the office personnel, is amazing. If there is a way, she will get someone to handle it, quick and efficient.
3 Years ago I had birds building a nest in an upstairs bathroom vent. A previous company could not fix it and actually broke the vent. I called Jem and Joel came out went up looked at it removed the nest and came back the next day with a new cover to Keep the birds out. Great Job.
Yesterday I called them back because I saw sawdust coming from under my siding. Termites I was afraid. Joel was back and told me they were not termites but Acrobat Ants. I didnt need a Termite treatment. He treated the entire screened in porch with products that did not stain or smell but so far have stopped the sawdust from appearing. Had a time sensitive issue having had a bird stuck in our wood burning stove going on 2 days.Couldn't find any help ,Jem was the only business that came through.Joel went Above and Beyond ..very professional.Being a Family Owned business I saw the pride he displayed in his task.
