I worked with Brendan for six months. He was under contract to sell my home. His responses were always delayed, and his lack of enthusiasm was disappointing. He held an open house at the property and did not attend. I had to continually remind him that it was his job and not mine to sell my home. After six long months, I hired another realtor that sold my home in less than 8 weeks.
