Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean. The guests are considerate of each other. Quiet by 9pm. Free breakfast but its nothing fancy. Complimentary coffee,water & tea at front desk. Nice restaurant. Decent food. Good area,right on beach.
Couldn’t be better situated. Large rooms with a cute beachy decor. Mixed service depending on who you deal with. High chargie for parking when there really are no other ways to arrive. $40.
Frequently have issues with TV. Attention to details seems to be declining. Room smells of cleaning fluid. Propane odor at restaurant patio. The hotel doesn’t rate the prices they charge other than for the location.
Sally was a great professional host and very intuitive and accommodating. Her attention to detail and proactive approach added a layer of effortless sophistication to our stay, ensuring every need was met before we even had to ask. It is rare to encounter such a seamless blend of warmth and high-end professionalism, and she is truly an asset to the guest experience at Bethany Beach Marriott Residence Inn.
