I would give a five but there was some miscommunication with the expected work and lack of professionalism from whom I assume is the project manager. However, it was quickly resolved and I am happy with the results. Thank you to Lee (office manager) for your professionalism and care; and thank you to the actual workers for doing a good job. Here are before and after pics.
The guys came out and fixed a small section of my roof due to damage from a fallen tree limb. After they were done fixing it, you would never have known it was there. I will definitely call on them when it comes time for me to put a new roof on my home. Two thumbs way up for South Side Home Improvement??
I highly recommend. Alex and his team addressed my concerns and were able to complete the repair on my roof efficiently and in a timely manner. They communicated during the whole process and were prompt and on time for each scheduled appointment.
