SERVPRO of Bear/New Castle did an outstanding job repairing the water damage in my sunroom. From the initial assessment with Project Manager Roland through the completion of the work with Jose, every step of the process was handled with professionalism, care, and clear communication.
The entire team made the experience feel personal and supportive from the very beginning, creating a strong sense of trust and confidence throughout the project. The quality of the work and attention to detail were excellent, and the results exceeded my expectations.

Thanks to Sam & Chris on my last day with ServePro after having our house dried after our pipes froze. They picked up the equipment and showed both empathy and efficiency.
The staff that showed up each day over the last four days, was great as well. They helped make a difficult time a little more manageable.
Sam and AJ arrived promptly for an emergency cleanup for water damage. Both were very friendly, respectful, efficient, informative of the process and next steps, and cleared out the debris while keeping the rest of my home clean. I did not know what to expect in this process; this team made for a good start.
