The company service was great. There was water accumulated in my basement after severe rain storm. I called and was serviced on the same day. I was told the estimate time it would take to dry out my basement. Sam was wonderful. She came by everyday to check the progress and made sure I was kept informed of the status of the restoration. She even made sure to confirm a good time to come by every day.
SERVPRO did a fantastic job helping us. They were so communicative, respectful, and on top of things. Sam did a great job checking in with us daily and not intruding on our space while in the home working. We would highly recommend this company.
After the elements of Hurricane Debby hit, my basement partially flooded. ServPro Bear answered my call immediately and scheduled me for first thing the next morning (I didn't reach out until 8pm!). The experts came, set up their equipment and were professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. Super grateful!
