I choose to keep coming back to the Bear location because the staff are so great there. All staff are always engaged and I can ask any one of them for assistance and they will help me. They also are not afraid to get snarky and sarcastic with me and I feel very comfortable being myself there. Katelyn, Amir, Sara, Colin, Amy, and the rest of the staff who have had the misfortune of dealing with me -- thank you! 😊
Thank you for employing such knowledgeable and caring people. From the therapists to the techs in training, they are all very kind and caring people. I never have to wait and everyone looks after all clients so that nobody is sitting still and always has attention. The therapist I see the most is John and he is always attentive, very encouraging and takes pride in his work. I've been to a few different locations for PT and would highly recommend PIVOT Bear as first choice. Keep up the great work! Your staff is amazing.
