Yes. I believe they pick and choose who they will provide good services to. I came before another customer. And that customer asked how long was the wait, and the lady who waited on me told him not long. He left while lady was waiting on me. When the customer returned she stopped and started giving him a manicure. I asked her why was she was waiting on him before me and she said that the other servicer who was doing a pedicure was going to do mines. I said to her U never told me this. Be very very careful getting a pedicure here. I had a very rude & unprofessional woman probably in her 30s, skinny, with drawn on eye brows give me the worst pedicure I have ever received in 20 years in just about under 30 mins. She was rude, rushing, & cut me. The entire experience was uncomfortable & she made sure to make me feel like she was annoyed while doing it. At one point she dropped the nail painting brush directly on the floor, picked it up & kept going. I didn’t realize until I saw the red paint on her chair & on the floor. Talk about disgusting. I'm not going to lie, I was a little hesitant coming here because of the previous reviews but I decided to give it a chance. This place is located in a super nice area and there is plenty of parking.I went in to get a gel manicure with some art on one finger, the result was beautiful I absolutely loved it and I am definitely coming back next weekend with my mom to get some pedicures.Services: Gel manicure
