This is the best dry cleaners I've ever used. Period. Ganchi is the woman who operates the place, and she is so exacting about every last detail. She is also just such a nice woman. You never need your ticket because she memorizes your name. If something comes back less than perfect, she proactively sends it out again to be re-done. I had to move away for a year, and I really missed having such an exceptional dry cleaners nearby. I think the bad ratings that some people gave must have been before Ganchi started running the place. She is just exceptional, and I would find it hard to believe that anyone could have a bad experience with her.

I don’t want too many people to find out but this is the best dry cleaners and tailoring in the city. I’ve gone to various places across DC the past 15 years and the women who run this place are hands down the best.

Surprised by all the negative reviews in here. They've always done a good job with my dry cleaning and alterations, and you can't beat their prices. Moreover, the women who run it are very amiable!
