In the last couple of weeks, apparently, new employees have appeared who make mistakes on things: the usual stains are not washed, they leave large open pins that should not have been there at all, they burn shirts that are brand new... very bad service now.

I’ve been a big ZIPS customer since moving to the neighborhood, but was sadly disappointed when I returned from the cleaner today.Just last weekend on a vacation I splurged on an expensive vintage jacket as a souvenir. I was so excited about my new jacket (you can see in the photo from last weekend). However, despite being labeled “dry clean only” I picked up my post-travel dry cleaning today to find that my new treasure’s buckles had been ruinedI understand it is a budget cleaner, but if they couldn’t care for something with these small details they shouldn’t have accepted it. Mohammad at the front desk was quite helpful and the staff overall have been courteous and good every time I've been there.My clothes come back timely and in great condition and they managed to also piece back together a suit jacket that had torn saving me a lot of money.
