I very impressed with the level of service WM has provided. The sales rep came out to look at the location for the containers. Wendy the acct. rep reached out to me to introduce herself and let me know she's available for questions or concerns. Kelly the sales rep checked in to make sure everything was good with the delivery of the containers. Overall, I'm very impressed and satisfied with everything so far.
We live in a small condo building in NW DC and have used WM for all of the 27 years we have been here. The service is great for the most part. Occasionally there is a problem, but it is always quickly solved. My big complaint is the cost. I am the treasurer of our association and handle all of the finances. Every year we get a big increase at some point in the first months of the year. I call, talk with people and the percentage increase is always decreased (thank you!). Good company to address your trash and recyclable needs. The guys at the field work hard and always leave my property cleaned and the gate closed. If by any reason they are not able to do the pick-up, they will call and leave a message. Pricing is reasonable.
