I got pants hemmed there once and it was fine. Second time I got pants hemmed they came back WAY too long - not even close to where I told them to do it when I tried them on. They said they did it where I told them and refused to fix it. Only way they would do it is if I paid again. Never went back.They're also regularly still closed after their 8am open time. Sometimes not open till 8:30 or later, just depends on the day.
Not sure why they get such bad reviews, been using them for 6 months and they've done a great job. They may be a little over priced but it's convenient and I am satisfied with my clothes after they get cleaned.
I'm pretty particular and happy to rate Wells with 5 stars. I've been using them weekly for 4-5 years for shirts, pants, and occasional bedding and outerwear. Have never been disappointed. They are always reliable and generous and I happily give them 5 stars. Highly recommend.
