My wife and I have been working with Toni at Well Done Charlie for the past 5 months with our dog, Crouton, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! When we started, Crouton could only stay alone for mere seconds before getting anxious. But thanks to Toni’s expertise and patience, Crouton can now comfortably stay alone for up to 3 hours. Toni is an absolute godsend. Her boundless patience, expertise, and kindness over the past five months have been literally lifechanging--not only for myself (I can do laundry again! get groceries! check my mail!) but, most importantly, for my sensitive senior greyhound. I was in a tough place with my new landlord who told me to resolve my pup's barking after I left "within the coming days."
