Pretty rundown, but it has about everything one would need. I purchased a day pass and the rates I was quoted for a monthly pass were decent. I only used the gym and its missing some equipment I would have preferred, but it was good enough for what I was doing that day.

It serves a purpose. Bit dated and rundown. Friendly staff. Bought a day pass for $15. Only used the pool (25 yards).

Great facility, super kind and knowledgeable staff. If you need swimming lessons, hit Lloyd Henry up, he’s a great coach.

Please be aware of this before signing up.There's only one flat bench. No decline or incline bench. There's a powerlifting platform and one Smith machine. There's only one power rack that's rather primitive and located nowhere near the actual weight room. All of the machines in the cardio loft were acquired in 2017. The functionality of the machines are starting to deteriorate.

3 of the four treadmills have been broken for over 2 months and there has been no service request to fix any of them. i only go here because it’s in my building but it’s pretty small and a lot the equipment really needs to be replaced.

I love this gym. Been a member for over 20 years. Love that it's not mainstream and has a personable atmosphere.

I love the pool fitness classes here. The instructor is very intentional with her directions. To my surprise, there is also a sauna and steam room in the ladies locker room. The facilities are a bit dated but still very functional.

Small place that caters to residents. They got bikes for spin class bu it takes at least two people to put or take bikes in or out of small pool without a ramp but has sloped sides.
