After years of continued pain while seeing another local chiro, I switched to Washington Spine & Disc a couple of months ago. I submitted an online appointment request and they called me within 5 minutes. The office staff there is always genuinely welcoming, attentive, and kind.
Dr G's evaluation was incredibly thorough. He examined my spine and neck inch by inch. He asked questions about my pain and experiences. He helped me understand what my issue has been, and gave me hope that things could be better...I hadn't had that hope for quite a while.

Dr. Gaitan patiently and skillfully healed my back injury over the course of 10 months. During that time he prescribed an effective combination of therapies as well as made sure I received the correct diagnosis via an MRI. He is thorough, skilled, kind, and fun to talk with. His knowledge is beyond reproach. The staff are delightful and go to the trouble of remembering who you are by name. It is always a pleasure going for treatment. I recommend this practice unconditionally.

I have been a loyal patient of Washington Spine & Disk for almost 10 years and have received treatment for various injuries, including those from a car accident, concussion, inflammation, and overuse. Both Dr. Banu and Dr. Gaitan are highly professional and deeply knowledgeable about the human body. They don’t over-adjust and always provide gentle, effective care.
