The eye exam was thorough and professional, but also surprisingly fun! The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and made the whole process feel relaxed and empowering. I left feeling more confident and educated about my eye health than I ever have before.

Very helpful from the moment I walked in. I would give 10 stars if I could and another 10 for Nakia. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. I will highly recommend this location and Nakia to everyone in my contact list

I've come into this location several times for adjustments and each experience was a delight. The team does a great job with acknowledging customers as they come in. On both occasions, I stopped by on the weekend and was able to get my glasses adjusted in less than 20 minutes. And each technician was very kind. On this particular day I was assisted my Emma/Emily and she was fantastic. P.S. I've been to several Warby Parker locations and each time the customer service is fantastic. Shout out out to your recruitment team committed to hiring individuals with a dedication your brand
