I’ve been here many times and had exceptional experiences but tonight, Friday August 23 was not the best. The front desk lady took a personal call for much too long and disrupted the spa experience I was expecting. And at the exorbitant prices for a pedicure here, and the fact that personal calls are not permitted by guests, I’m in disbelief. She also didn’t offer me tea or water when I arrived like the other staff does, and I had to ask for it. Might not be returning bc the phone call was very aggravating when I came to the nail spa for a calming experience like I usually have.

With calming decor, warm lights, and a (surprisingly) lovely water-less experience, the Navy Yard location is a relaxing environment to pamper and care for yourself.
The nail technicians are friendly, talented, and caring - we very much enjoyed our massages that often get rushed through at other salons. I wasn't paying attention when she started filing my nails so I missed my chance to assert that I already had the length and shape I wanted,... read full review

Lovely space and the nail tech was the first one ever to ask me if I wanted my cuticles trimmed before starting! I left really happy with my gel manicure and am so sad to say that the gel started lifting after only 5 days and came off of one thumb entirely. I might give them one more chance but the $7 press on nails from target last longer than this…
