Wendy and the team always do a great job. They are very patient, kind, and accommodating. Wendy always makes sure customers are satisfied and leave feeling confident about their nails. Would totally recommend.
I WAS IN A MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT AND NOT ONE NAIL CAME OFF or chipped! Girl let me tell you…. I broke half my face and my leg. What didn’t break? My nails. I’ve been going to Urban Nail Lounge for years, longer than any relationship I’ve had with any man. If I don’t like something I communicate it and they fit it. If I have a break or chip they always repair it. I don’t know what else to say. They’re the goat with the designs too.
See below me in my hospital bed and all the nurses complimenting me. My face may have been hit and ugly. But my nails were pretty.
I've been going to urban nail lounge since 2023. I am very particular, yet simple, as well as a special case due to sensitive skin. However, Wendy and Vicki takes very good care of me when it comes to my nails.The other staff are great and nice too. Not to mention they have reward cards that allows you to receive 20% off over time and the music is always on point. I will be a long time customer for sure❤️
