After 6 months, the rental property roof started to leak, water damage inside drywall and skylight seemed to not be installed correctly. No biggie, it happens. But when we called them to come by and fix it, they simply went MIA. We are going on three months and I still can not get them to come by or answer texts, phone calls etc. Have left messages for Moe, Meghan etc. No answer. It’s absolutely unacceptable. I had Urban Capital Roofing replace the roof on our rental home in downtown DC, crew was awesome to work with! Pre job we had a meeting with the project manager who took time to explain everything and go over any questions. Follow up after the roof was completed along with a walk through to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Great job and wonderful experience. Best experience with contractors. On-site supervisors, Miguel & Paul are to take credit for being outstanding. Both showed professionalism, timeliness, and courtesy. Extremely satisfied with the workmanship and quality of materials used. Meegan did a great job communicating the project's planned completion and kept me informed on a regular basis. Highly recommend!

Very communicative and responsive.. took the time to take me through options without any hard sell . On top of that, pricing was fair with excellent quality and good cleanup.
