Found this place via ClassPass and I’m so glad! Lorena did a fantastic job with my hair and very detail oriented. I find it hard to find someone who can style my hair since it’s very long and thick, and Lorena made it look amazing. Will be back!

Lorena is a wonderful artist. I have been going to her for years she never disappoints. Absolutely stunning work.She listens and is able to capture the end result flawlessly. If you are in need of hair care look no further this is the place to go.

I've been in DC for over 3 years now and this is by far the best haircut that I've recieved and at an affordable price as well. Estrela does an excellent job and I will be making Universal my go-to place for haircuts from now on. Also, cheduling is convenient online and they accept card, which is very much appreciated.Service: Haircut
