I had an outstanding experience at Unity Health Care Center, thanks to Sonia's exceptional registration assistance. Her amazing service made my first visit seamless. Dr. Tchinda further elevated the experience with her unparalleled kindness and profound knowledge. A truly remarkable team deserving of numerous accolades and stars!

Extremely unprofessional office with poor communication and zero follow-through. I was told I would be contacted with my results and was completely ignored. Getting anyone on the phone is nearly impossible, and basic patient care and communication seem to be nonexistent.

I had to repeatedly reach out just to get information that should have been handled promptly and professionally. Even after results were available, there was no urgency or proper treatment plan provided.

This office clearly lacks organization, accountability, and respect for patients’ time. I would not recommend relying on them for timely or responsible medical care.

They cancelled my appointment four days before I was supposed to go in after already waiting 4 weeks for it. They didn’t even explain why it was cancelled. Thanks..
Edit: The day of my appointment (which would’ve been yesterday, March 30) was very important to me because I am currently 14 weeks pregnant! I already had a hard time finding a clinic with early appointments. Having it cancelled with NO explanation was extremely inconvenient for my baby and I.
