I was so impressed with Khiya who is the Assistant Manager. She is very knowledgeable about the types of tile, and also about placing the tile orders, and figuring out how to get the tile on an expedited basis from various locations. Thank you, Khiya!

After visiting a couple of the more highly rated tile shops in the DC area, we wandered into the Tile Shop at Tenleytown. We are very glad we did. Franklin R. provided us with outstanding service and advice and we are very happy with the choices that he helped us make. All the tiles were delivered on time and in good condition. Franklin was always quick to respond to questions and provided thoughtful advice that we came to rely on. Working with the Tile Shop turned out to be the best part of our remodeling adventure.
