Kimberly made the whole process very easy and transparent. She helped me pick automated blackout drapes for our primary suite and spent as much time with me as I needed to look at the seemingly endless color and fabric options. She explained the timeline for manufacturing and installation, followed up personally at each stage, and helped as much as she could with pricing and discounts. Great experience!
