Love this spot.
They're very clear on what they can do and what needs more specialty care (mostly repair items)
Still, every time I've gotten something cleaned or altered it's perfect, ready earlier than estimated and a very reasonable price.
This is a no frills spot for all your cleaning and minor alteration needs. Love these ladies.
I started using this dry cleaner as a result of consistent bad dry cleaning service and terrible customer at another Capitol Hill business.
From a customer service perspective Sandra is awesome. She is always pleasant and very helpful. The cleaning service provided as a whole has been very good. I have given the business clothing that was stained by another cleaners and they have successfully removed the spots.
I have spoken to neighbors that have had the same issue with the other Capitol Hill cleaner and encouraged them to try The Press opposed to putting up with the nasty disposition of the person who runs that business.The only down side of The Press... read full review
I came by to drop off some work shirts that had pen ink and grease rubbed into them. The building was bright and tidy, and Sandra helped me get an account going and set up for free delivery on future orders. My shirts came back crisp and clean, without any weird stains or scents. I'll absolutely be coming back. Thank you!!!!
