I try not to leave reviews unless I hear at least one positive thing to say. Unfortunately, this is not the case. I called to schedule a colonic and the lady that answered the phone was completely rude. When she started asking for personal information and I asked if I could schedule an appointment without giving that sort of information over the phone, she said no. That it was like creating a hospital record. I mentioned that hospital records are HIPPA protected and asked if there was another way to set the appointment and I could fill out paperwork when I got to the facility. She said no, call back when you’re ready to give me the information and hung up on me. I have been to several facilities in MULTIPLE states and have never had someone so insistent in gathering personal protected information. I would not go to this facility.

I went for my first time in March for a colonic. In April I went somewhere else to get my second colonic and it did not compare to Multidimensional. I will return. I agree with the customer service complaints. Didn’t feel welcomed and felt uncomfortable to ask questions due to the short answer that I received about other services offered.. I hoped that they would be conscious of self and others. FYI just reading the reviews.. I knew I wasn’t tripping!

I have been coming to TIMMED for almost 17 years now. If anyone can speak about the quality. of service and care, it would be me. Dr. Mines is an amazing person and physician. She has changed the way I think about food, health and wellness. My mind is always on prevention mode. I love it here. It's where I go to retreat, detox and reset. My favs are the infrared sauna, colonic and IV vitamin therapy! Ahmad and the staff are professional, caring and kind. If you want to learn how to beat sickness and disease, this is the place to go. I went in yesterday for a Sauna treatment and the woman at the front desk was the rudest person I have ever come across. She had no idea that I had booked the service through class pass and when I showed her the booking she said "I dont know anything about that". When I asked her what my options were she didnt seem to give me any. I told her I could not cancel the service since I would get charged - she didnt seem to care. After much back and forth, a doctor (who heard us arguing) came out and then proceeded to help me no problem (which meant that she could have done the same). The doctor asked her to make me fill in some paper work and after I had done that the lady at the front desk made me wait indefinitely. When I asked her "how long does the sauna take to heat up?" she responds "I dont know". So I waited in the waiting room indefinitely. After 15 mins I had to walk to the doctors office and say "is it ready?" and the doctor says "yes". I spent an extra half an hour there because of this.Honestly, this was the worst customer service experience in a long time. The lady at the front desk does not deserve to have a customer-facing role.

I swear I wish I could put a minus 5 star on these people starting from there costumer service people when you get there it’s just horrible and full of attitude and the whole matter and biggest thing about them there SCAMMERS and saying that there is no way you can take pay for services you did not render to someone and refuse to reimburse there money it’s just a very horrible experience !!!

I swear I wish I could put a minus 5 star on these people starting from there costumer service people when you get there it's just horrible and full of attitude and the whole matter and biggest thing about them there SCAMMERS and saying that there is no way you can take pay for services you did not render to someone and refuse to reimburse there money it's just a very horrible experience !!!
