Great gym. It's clean, focused people, good equipment. I see young and old people there, and have a sense that a wide variety of gym-users feel comfortable there. Did some of the yoga classes which were great. They are a local business with a dedication to our neighborhood and have a heart. We have an au pair who wanted to join a gym but did not have a credit card and had just arrived in the country, and this gym worked with her to get her a membership she loved, while other chain gyms gave her the run around and demanded huge deposits. Kudos!
