Arnetta Kyle at Spa on the Hill sculpted my eyebrows for Hollywood. Book immediately! I also scheduled the $25 scalp massage add-on; Arnetta’s techniques relax the body and help improve root growth. I felt like a star when I left and will absolutely give Arnetta 5-stars!
