She is awesome. Both extremely knowledgeable & personable, and with a keen desire to really want to help.
Mollie is very thorough in all her recommendations and takes time to pre-review my charts in detail even before I get there.
Overall, my experience has been stellar!
I've had good experiences with the physical therapy at SET. The staff are knowledgeable and give you their full attention. I've had less good experiences with scheduling, billing, and other admin tasks. In the past I had a number of issues with the wrong credit card being charged, office staff not responding to my emails, and uninformative invoices that my insurance company wouldn't accept. More recently, I had to switch therapists - I waited a month for office staff to get back to me about scheduling, and the new therapist I was scheduled with refused to answer my emails or communicate with me at all.
