I have been going to this salon for several years. They do a phenomenal job. If you are hesitant like i was several years ago to try extension. Set up a consult, they will walk you through your options and discuss next steps without feeling any pressure.
I came to Chris while living in Arlington for a pair of clip in extensions, that I wanted to wear for special events like weddings. I was very new to the extension space so wasn't very educated on length or color, etc. Chris applied his expertise and I left with a set of clip in extensions (skeptical lol). I wore those extensions monthly for a year and LOVED them. Doing my hair for events (ie updos) became so so much easier. I've since moved outside of the NoVa area. My puppy recently tore up my extensions and Chris was able to order me another pair and ship directly to my house. Unparalleled customer service experience! Cannot recommend this place enough.
The environment here is very welcoming and they treat you like family. Chris has been amazing and so knowledgeable, I can really tell he puts every effort into making his clients happy and satisfied. This is the best service I've ever had at a salon, and Chris will go above and beyond to personally ship me out hair products when I'm running low to convenience me not having to drive there. Highly recommend this place to anyone!
