I have been a client to Franco for many years now and couldn’t be happier. I have always had issues with other places highlighting my hair and I walk away with brassy tones. Not with Franco! My blonde highlights are the perfect shade! He also cuts my 10 year-old son’s hair! We absolutely love this place!

I'm changing my review because the salon was willing to fix my hair at no cost after I complained. However, I was traveling the next day for an extended amount of time, and wasn't able to take them up on the offer. They instead are going to reimburse me. I appreciate that they tried to correct their earlier missteps.------------------------From all the good reviews, I was excited to go to this place and try them out. However, it ended up being extremely disappointing. I was rushed through (they only spent 15 minutes cutting my hair - granted I have short hair and wanted it a bit shorter, but it's never been this quick!) and then the stylist didn't dry it, and I went back...read full review

I have been searching for a good hairstylist for almost 4 years. Since I have thick, straight, and a lot of hair, it was really hard for me to find the best for cutting and coloring. I feel like I found the best one. Jem is great. He knows what he does and he is the best color expert. He did my dream hair cut even it was really hard to do. Highly recommended.
