Royal Barber Shop Salon is a very posh and upscale establishment. The barbers are well-dressed and talented, providing exceptional service with impressive attention to detail. The environment is welcoming and feels like home. The shop is not too busy for a walk-in without an appointment. Barbers listen carefully to requests for specific styles. They have great results with all hair types, including layered wavy hair and curly hair. They offer different designs for low cuts. A stylist is available as needed and can provide services like a perfect crème polish. The shop caters to people of all ages, from kids to the elderly. Customers see beautiful, ornate gold chairs and great mirrors, with lots of products visible. The owner is kind and professional. It is the best place many have visited, and customers consistently leave happy and not disappointed, planning to return. It comes greatly recommended.
I live on 14th and Webster st NW. I love to walk on 14th street and was surprised to see a very posh new establishment with a beautiful sign saying:Royal Barber Shop/Salon . All the well -dressed barbers were very busy tending to their customers who sat in ornate gold chair. Very upscale! I noticed one space that held a great chair and mirror. There were lots of girlie products visible . The owner noticed me and told me that the stylist comes in as she is needed.He kindly took my phone number, gave me his card and told me to call him back in a few hours . I have been going to another barber for many years but decided to try this shop in my neighborhood. It wasn't too busy for a Sunday afternoon. I was able to walk in without an appointment.
I appreciated that my barber listened to my request for the style I was looking for. The attention to detail was impressive.
I will be going back.
Great place, I usually visit every two weeks. Fredy, always makes different designs on my hair on my low cut. I've seen a lot of different barbers on MD and DC due to my curly hair and so far he's the only one that I've had great results with every time I visit. I've seen different people from all ages in my visits, from kids to elderly, and I'm yet to see someone not have a cut they like on this vicinity. At this point, this is the only barbershop I go to for my haircuts. Greatly recommend them!
