I had rotting on the trim of my historic home that was causing concern for water damage. Mike and Eugene were able to come out to assess quickly, communicated an estimate and were able to start quickly after that. Once they started, they noticed additional problem areas that would have been even more problematic. They were professional, friendly and reasonably priced. My home looks so much better! I would absolutely hire Renaissance Handyman again. Thanks Mike!

He is highly skilled, gives honest evaluations and solutions, and his prices are extremely fair given his high quality work. I have used him from small jobs to complete bathroom and kitchen renovations. There is no handyman in DC that I trust more or that I have found to do better work!
