WARNING STAY AWAY!!! Our Relator was Samantha Meyer (Lic. #0225261954), and it ended in a terrible experience!! We told Samantha everything upfront on what we needed to sell the house for. She assured us that based on her comps she could get us there. We did her recommended upgrades to the house, and found a buyer. Unfortunately the appraisal came back $25,000 short of what we were asking. How can you mess up that bad as a realtor to get that far off!! We had to take the house off the market.
