Jaffar brought a level of expertise and attentiveness rarely found. As a mechanical engineer, I have exceptionally high expectations for details and thoroughness. He was not rushed and dedicated himself fully to the inspection of a 8,600 sq ft house and delivered a 200+ page report with exceptional photos of problems identified and extraordinary detail to include illustrations showing the correct way. Jaffar became like family to us that day and encouraged me, along with my husand and mother, who will be living with us, to shadow him during the inspection. Well I would put 100 stars if I could!! Jaffar inspected a house for my daughter. I was with him during the inspection. Jaffar knows the building, fire, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, storm water management codes and regulations. He is extremely smart and educated. He clearly understands all aspects of construction. He takes his time to inspect everything and I mean everything!! He is extremely detailed oriented and thorough. I have been in construction and development for over 40 years and am also managing a major local construction inspection department. Jaffra was a true professional and did a great job working me through his inspection. He patiently explained the various concerns he noted in the inspection and advised me on how to patiently communicate inspection back to builder. I will definitely use his business again.
