Very bad service too long to receive glasses I will never recommend or go there again. They couldn't even find my special needs son's glasses it's been over 2 months.

My first visit to make an appt went well. Went for appt, actual eye exam was upstairs in a somewhat junkie room without air condition. The Doctor was not personable which is okay. picked out glass frames paid half. Returned for pickup and then things went down hill. Glasses did not fit and the first person got frustrated with me, because I kept saying they did not fit. He attemped to correct them but still did not fit. He stood up left and never came back. Another person came over and attempted to correct the frames. Long story short at one point they said I was not holding my head correctly (a head that I've been carrying around for over 73 years). Glasses still do not fit they are very uncomfortable do not look like frames that look like they cost over $300.00 I would not recommend this place. (Please forgive spelling errors)

I’m writing this review because I’m exhausted from the unprofessionalism, the adamant tone and attitude when you don’t agree or when you question their protocol. That person who name is Tuesday, I have seen better customer service from the Adams Family, definitely some mental health issues.
