I dropped my clothes off early in the week for pressing services. I had been a customer for a year. After having my clothes for a whole week, call me to tell me that my service was rendered because of the fabric type. Mind you, I have been using them for a year now. Same type of clothes and fabric. Horrible service. Old lady is rude and has no customer service skills. They seem to get offended when asked about stains and marks left on the clothes. They are just money hungry.

I live in the neighborhood so I come here out of convenience. Last time. I waited for 15 min while they looked for my clothes. I had dry cleaning and alterations. The alterations are horrible. I will need to have them redone elsewhere. Don’t even feel like arguing with the staff to get my money back. Bringing the waist in on pants is a simple fix. No reason I should be receiving them back just folded over with threads showing. The older woman who works here is nice, but never again.
