I seldom write reviews but these guys deserve some compliments. Have been here a couple of times and each time, they did a great job in saving my shoes and at an affordable price (and with a smile!). So glad that I found them.

THIS IS IT!!! PROFESSIONAL!!! RELIABLE!!! GREAT PRICES!!! MIKE MAKES YOU FEEL AT HOME!!! I WONT TAKE MY PRECIOUS FOOTWEAR ANYPLACE ELSE. My UGGS were destroyed in the streets of dc. Construction company (capitol pavers) did NOT POST ANY SIGNAGE stating they were putting down concrete to make a sidewalk. My UGGS & I stepped right into a WHOLE SECTION of FRESHLY POURED WET QUICKSANDY CONCRETE. My right brand-new tan UGGS was DESTROYED-or so I thought; until I brought my UGG Boot to Mike at PONYTAIL on U Street., NW. He made it LOOK BRAND-NEW!!! I COULDNT BELIEVE IT!!! I AM SO HAPPY!!! The store has a tailor sign and says shoe repair and doesn’t specifically have “ponytail written”. Buy maps is accurate with location. I got 2 of my white canvas and 2 oxfords that needed work. He gave new life and made my canvas shoes brand new. Fair price and very friendly. Would definitely recommend to everyone!
