This guy really knows his shoes and does a great job for a really reasonable price! I buy so many shoes from the thrift store and bring them here to get them fixed! They also sent you a text alert when ready!

Went to Ponytail’s to get the goods of my heels replaced ($15 btw) and am very satisfied with the outcome! Though, the turnaround was a week and a half and when I arrived to pick up my heels, I was informed that they only accept cash (and maybe cashapp?) nonetheless, I’m still very pleased with the outcome and with the kindness in which I was treated. Would definitely go back for future services.

Great service, reliable repairs of more shoes than I can remember, fair prices. Been bringing shoes to Ponytail for over a decade and will keep going. Highly recommended. Neighborhood gem.
