I can't recommend this shop enough! Finding a place that's both honest and skilled is rare, and this one is the real deal. When I took my favorite backpack in for a broken zipper, they not only fixed it perfectly but also found a way to do it without taking the entire bag apart. That decision saved me money and showed me they genuinely care about their customers. Their quality work and fair prices make them a true gem.

Outstanding! They brought my shoes back to life. I gave them my favorite shoes - 2 pairs. One was Chanel and the other I brought back from Europe. They reconditioned the leather put on new soles and did it quickly so that I could take them on a trip. Believe me…my feet are fabulous again!
