I seldom write reviews but these guys deserve some compliments. Have been here a couple of times and each time, they did a great job in saving my shoes and at an affordable price (and with a smile!). So glad that I found them.

Construction company (capitol pavers) did NOT POST ANY SIGNAGE stating they were putting down concrete to make a sidewalk. My UGGS & I stepped right into a WHOLE SECTION of FRESHLY POURED WET QUICKSANDY CONCRETE. My right brand-new tan UGGS was DESTROYED-or so I thought; until I brought my UGG Boot to Mike at PONYTAIL on U Street., NW. He made it LOOK BRAND-NEW!!! I COULDNT BELIEVE IT!!! I AM SO HAPPY!!! The store has a tailor sign and says shoe repair and doesn’t specifically have “ponytail written”. Buy maps is accurate with location. I got 2 of my white canvas and 2 oxfords that needed work. He gave new life and made my canvas shoes brand new. Fair price and very friendly. Would definitely recommend to everyone!
